At the end of April we began a new sermon series entitled Faith, Hope, and Love: Flourishing in the Midst of Adversity, in which we study through Paul's "Prison Epistles"—the letters Paul wrote to friends & churches while he was imprisoned in Rome. This Sunday we were blessed to hear from Rodney McAuley as he shared some of his story with us. Our text for this Sunday was Ephesians 6:10-24, in which Paul writes about how we have the armor of God at our disposal as we stand against the attacks of the devil.
